Screwloose Property Maintenance

Screwloose Property Maintenance is a small Taunton-area business designed for properties that need more than a quick odd job but less than a large building contractor. The service covers building maintenance, alterations, repairs, renovation and general home improvements, with practical work ranging from smaller fixes to kitchen fitting and flooring.

The business is run by Trevor Caulfield and presents a multi-skilled, hands-on approach. Its published work includes solid-wood flooring and maintenance for homes, rental properties and holiday accommodation, where reliable repair and improvement work often needs to be fitted around occupancy and existing finishes.

From Taunton, Screwloose works within the local Somerset market. The company is best understood as a property-improvement service that can move between repair, alteration and finishing work, making it useful when a customer has a collection of connected jobs rather than a single specialist installation.
