Luneside Handyman Services

Luneside Handyman Services brings a builder’s background to the smaller property jobs around Lancaster. The business is run by Michael Pearson, a trained plasterer with more than 35 years in building work, and its published services range from plastering and rendering to joinery, masonry, tiling, minor plumbing and general maintenance.

The technical variety is wider than a typical flat-pack handyman service. Luneside works with wet rooms and waterproofing, silicone and K-rend style render systems, pebble-dash repairs, lintels and masonry, doors, guttering and power washing. Painting, furniture assembly and other day-to-day jobs sit alongside those more trade-specific tasks.

For Lancaster homeowners and landlords, this creates a useful local option when an older property has several different defects that cross trade boundaries. The business can handle a small repair list, but its plastering, rendering and masonry experience also gives it depth for jobs where the building fabric itself needs attention.
