Dorset Build & Maintenance Company Ltd

Dorset Build & Maintenance Company Ltd coordinates construction and ongoing property work from its Dorchester base for clients across the county.

Its services cover renovations, extensions, refurbishments, repairs and wider building maintenance, with different members of the team handling relevant project enquiries.

Maintenance lists are rarely dramatic, but they do have a habit of growing whenever somebody says, 'while you are here, could you also look at this?'.

Summarise the complete list of tasks, property type, priorities and access so the office can direct the project to the right person from the outset.
