Peak Handyman

Peak Handyman is a one-person Chesterfield service run by Dan, who brings more than 15 years of property-renovation experience to the smaller jobs that are often difficult to place with a large contractor. The work ranges from door adjustments, locks and silicone renewal to tiling, grout repairs, painting, gutter cleaning and pressure washing.

The published list also includes shelving and wall mounting, flat-pack furniture, flooring repairs, fencing, garden jobs, appliance fitting, security items and small joinery. Peak Handyman also takes on pre-sale and end-of-tenancy work, which makes the service relevant when a property needs a concentrated list of fixes before a move or handover.

Operating around Chesterfield and the Peak District side of Derbyshire, the business is positioned as a local, directly delivered handyman service. Its distinction is the combination of renovation experience with a willingness to handle the numerous small maintenance tasks that sit below the scale of a full building project.
