Barrmuir Construction Ltd

Barrmuir Construction Ltd is an Ayr multi-trade building company whose work stretches from routine property maintenance to the redevelopment of tired properties. General building, joinery, plastering, plumbing, electrics, heating, roofing, flooring, tiling and decorating all appear within the published service mix.

The company also describes property-development projects in which run-down buildings are converted into serviced accommodation. That gives a concrete example of how the trades are coordinated: structural and repair work can be followed by services, interiors and finished rooms rather than each stage being treated as a separate standalone job. Insurance-related work and maintenance contracts are also part of the profile.

Operating from Ayr and across the local Ayrshire market, Barrmuir is best suited to customers who need a small building company capable of managing several trades. The breadth is most meaningful on refurbishment and maintenance projects where continuity between construction, services and finishing matters.
