Kelly Building Contracts Ltd

Kelly Building Contracts Ltd is a family-run contractor based in the Mayobridge and Newry area, working on residential and commercial construction. New builds are a major part of the business, but the company also undertakes renovations, giving it a role in both creating new property and reshaping existing buildings.

The firm publishes NHBC involvement and construction-industry credentials including CITB NI and CSR, reflecting the more structured nature of its building projects. Its work is carried out by a qualified team rather than being presented as a one-person handyman service, which is appropriate for projects involving multiple stages, trades and building standards.

Kelly serves Newry, Mourne and Down as well as Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon, with work extending across the border into Dundalk and County Louth. The business is therefore locally rooted but capable of substantial construction projects across the wider border region.
