A Duncan Building Services

A Duncan Building Services has been working around Guildford for more than 25 years, with a service model built around complete home-improvement projects rather than a single trade. Kitchens and bathrooms are central to the offer, supported by door and window work, general building and ongoing home maintenance.

The company presents kitchen and bathroom projects as complete installations, bringing together the necessary plumbing, electrics, flooring, tiling and finishing rather than stopping at unit fitting. It also supplies and installs doors and windows with attention to Building Regulations, which gives the business a useful role in projects that affect both the appearance and performance of the property.

Based in the Guildford area, A Duncan works as a local multi-trade building service for homeowners needing planned improvements as well as maintenance. Its long history in the area and the ability to coordinate several trades are the main distinctions from a handyman limited to small repairs.
