About the business
Carruthers Electrical LTD is a Lisburn-area electrical contractor with a particular emphasis on inspection, testing and the condition of existing installations. The business has highlighted EICR work for landlords and businesses, making electrical compliance and fault identification an important part of its local service.
That testing focus sits alongside electrical installation work. In practice, the two areas naturally connect: an inspection can reveal defects or outdated components, after which remedial or alteration work can be planned against the findings rather than guessed at. The company’s published background includes a City & Guilds 2391-52 inspection and testing qualification held by its founder.
Lisburn and Belfast form the main local market for Carruthers Electrical. The business is relatively new, but its profile is clearly defined around electrical work rather than general maintenance, with a useful niche for landlords, businesses and homeowners who want the existing installation assessed as carefully as any new equipment is fitted.
