D Saunders Roofing & Building

D Saunders Roofing & Building works around Swansea with a roofing range that covers pitched and flat systems as well as the masonry and lead details that often cause leaks. The company carries out roof repairs, storm-damage work, new roofs and complete re-roofing in slate and tile.

For flat roofs, published options include GRP fibreglass, felt and rubber systems. Chimney repointing and lead-flashing work sit alongside those coverings, allowing the roofer to address water entry around junctions and masonry rather than simply replacing surface materials. The firm also undertakes site visits to assess the roof before recommending the scale of work required.

Swansea and the surrounding South Wales area form the local market for the business. Its service profile is broad enough to handle a complete roof renewal, but it remains clearly roofing-led, with repair, weatherproofing and the choice of appropriate flat- or pitched-roof systems at the centre of the work.
