Gilesgate R & M Services Ltd

Gilesgate R & M Services Ltd is a small Durham property-maintenance business whose work is shaped by the needs of local residents, landlords and managed homes. The company handles repairs and ongoing maintenance, with bathroom cladding, fencing, locks and handles, flooring, window work and lighting all appearing in its published service range.

Its wider maintenance profile also includes taps, toilets and waste plumbing, gutter work, kitchen and bathroom repairs and jobs required during or at the end of a tenancy. That breadth gives the business a practical role where a property needs many modest repairs completed efficiently rather than one major specialist contract.

The engineers behind the service bring more than 15 years of trade experience. From Durham, Gilesgate focuses on the local rental and residential market, combining everyday repair work with enough plumbing, joinery and finishing capability to deal with the mixed maintenance lists that commonly build up in occupied or recently vacated properties.
