JT Carpentry & Property Maintenance

JT Carpentry & Property Maintenance has grown around practical carpentry rather than generic building work. Founded in 2018, the Colchester business says its team brings more than 15 years of combined experience, and its published services include joinery, flooring, furniture restoration, fencing and gates, sheds, decking and kitchen installation.

The company’s project examples help define what that list means in practice. Work shown includes a timber bookcase and media-wall installation, alongside outdoor timber work and patio landscaping. Painting and decorating and broader property maintenance sit around the carpentry core, so JT can also finish or maintain areas affected by the main job.

Based in Colchester, the business is well suited to homes where made-to-fit timber work, repair and property improvement overlap. It can be considered for a focused joinery task, but its wider maintenance range also makes sense for customers who want carpentry to form part of a larger room, garden or property upgrade.
